Cookie policy
What we measure, what we don't, and how to change your choice. Last updated in September 2026.
1. What a cookie means here
A cookie is a small file a site leaves on your device to recognize you on a later visit. Besides cookies there are similar techniques that do the same, such as local storage in your browser. Where we write "cookie" below, we mean all of them.
2. What we store without asking
Two things, and both stay on your own device. Your choice of light or dark theme, so the site looks the way you left it on your next visit. And your answer to the cookie question below, otherwise we'd ask it on every page. No consent is needed for these two: without them the site wouldn't keep working the way you set it.
3. What we only store if you say yes
Google Analytics 4. It shows us which pages are read, how people arrive and where they drop off — for example whether the quote form is actually completed on a phone. Google sets cookies for this, including _ga and _ga_*, which stay on your device for up to two years. Your IP address is truncated. We use those figures to improve the site, not to track you: advertising cookies are switched off, no profiles are built and nothing is sold on.
4. Refusing is allowed, and here it really means refusing
If you say no, the measurement script isn't loaded. So it doesn't quietly run in the background and not a single request is sent. The site then works exactly as it should: forms, calculator and everything you need to request a quote.
5. Changing your choice
At the bottom of every page there's a link to reopen the question. There you can always reverse your earlier answer. If you clear your browser data, your choice is gone too and we'll simply ask again on your next visit.
6. Third parties
The fonts are on our own server and aren't fetched from an external party. There are no social buttons, embedded maps or review widgets on this site. The only external party that can measure anything is Google Analytics from point 3, and that script is only fetched after you accept. As long as you haven't chosen, or if you refuse, Google Consent Mode is set to denied and not a single request goes to Google.
